  I have lived at University River Village for the past 3 years and it just keeps getting better. The upgrades that they have made throughout the property is what keeps me coming back. They recently opened a brand new fitness center and recreation room. They now have a package concierge center so all packages remain safe until you are ready to pick them up. The staff and maintenance team are always very helpful and nice. The resident event they offer are fun and a good way to meet other residents. DON'T KNOCK THIS PLACE JUST BECAUSE OF THE REVIEWS, GO IN AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. The reviews are not a good reflection of this place, especially after all the changes they have made.
