  They are nice apartments, yet the office never seems to know exactly what they are doing. They only keep staff for 3 weeks and so there is a lot of employees who seem unsure and therefore are inconsistent with their approach or information. I've been very rudely talked to by management because they lost my information multiple times and still tried to charge me each time. I work in customer service as well and I know that they are not doing anything correctly. They refuse to attempt to fix their mistakes. Worst management I've ever seen. Don't come here
