  The Phoenix is one of the best valued apartment complexes around! There are recently updated gyms and a sand volleyball court that lights up at night so you can play late! In addition to that, the management is always incredibly helpful and maintenance requests are always handled ASAP. Also, there's a very awesome shuttle that runs all day so you don't have to park at Sac State! The one thing that could be made better is the clarity of the resident portal online, it is confusing at times. Other than that, I would definitely recommend the Phoenix above other company owned apartments around Sac.
