  I just called Fidelity Sacramento office to help my 16 year old daughter who just got her first paycheck, open a Roth IRA. The gentleman on the other end kept directing me to open an account online....I tried explaining that my daughter is nervous about investing and wanted to meet with someone....and he finally just came out and said that the people they meet with face to face in the office have a minimum of $50,000....I told him that was fine I would find another place that would help my daughter....I felt very insulted....thank you Scotttrade for understanding. I am sure my daughter will be an investor for life with your company.
