  Do not use this company. They said there would be a chaperone at the airport for our 9 year old. We were standing at the ticket booth looking like idiots. Just pay the $50 fee to southwest and take your child on the flight yourself. Once they got my money I never heard from them again. I have left several voice mails with them and no answer. Maybe some bad reviews will get them to change their customer service policies. I can't stress this enough people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give them no stars I would!
