  This place is so unpleasant. It is usually always very crowded (body to body, wall to wall),the atmosphere is very tense and kinda nerve wracking as shoppers treat the displays, racks, drawers like a flea market on Black Friday every day, tossing all the nearly folded impeccably designed lingerie everywhere. Finding specific styles is kinda challenging, price matching is very ymmv, and online returns? Forget about it! These guys can't follow policies to save their jewel encrusted lives; I bought a gift online, the gift recepient wanted to exchange it, they went to the store gave them the gift receipt and they refunded it back to a closed account that was never even originally charged to begin with, sending her refund to transaction purgatory. They have refused to provide me with a transaction ID to claim the funds. ::Eye roll::
