  This was the best T-mobile store I have visited! They are very joyful crowd. They really get to know you and make the wait not feel so long. I truly recommend this store over any other store. They don't push you to sale, they don't add stuff to your account like other stores, SIMPLY THE BEST!

  Great service and great products. When I have needed customer service at the 800 number, the service has been excellent. The reason I gave it only a 3 is the wait time and the processing time in the store is very slow. I was there almost 2 hours to buy 2 phones to add to my existing account.
