  Its a small starbucks that goes through an random waves of demand. It has its problems but none that I'd place on the staff, such as it being a small location there are probably only 5-7 tables and the air conditioning cant keep up with the foot traffic. The service is polite and helpful, so this 4/5 is more for its standards relative to other starbucks offer: space and amenities.
