  Joe is one of the best mechanics I've ever dealt with. He is very skilled. We've taken our 2000 Cherokee in several times and he does beautiful work every time. He is very kind and talks to people with respect. As a woman i haven't had great experiences with automotive people. They tend to talk down to us and not explain things. I know I can trust Joe to talk to me as a fellow jeep enthusiast and not some dumb woman with no idea about anything. He is quick also which is great when you can't wait to get your baby back on the road or trails.
