  The initial visit was very clear and gentle, as my daughter had a good deal of apprehension about the testing. Both the doctor and his staff made every effort to answer Gwen's questions and were reassuring all through the procedure. Their kindness was felt from start to finish, which made Gwen positive about doing the allergy treatments to come. Definitely a warm and caring practice !

  This is literally the worst place in Sacramento. My baby's pediatrician referred him here because she felt his tonsils were too big for a 1year old after being seen by one of ENT's Specialist we were told his tonsils were normal but they wanted to schedule a sleep test, that was back in July. Since then hes been hospitalized and required two epinephrine breathing treatments to open his airways after ENT said his tonsils were normal. They were supposed to have scheduled a sleep study and failed to do so after calling and speaking to their Scheduler she apologized and said someone must have dropped the ball. It is now March and he just had his sleep study on the 8th and wouldn't you know it we're still waiting to hear back from them.

  Schedueled me for an appointment 40 minutes away from me, in Folsom, and I live in Sacramento. When I got to the appointment they told me it had been cancelled a month ago by their offices and that they were supposed to call me to let me know, which they never did. The only reason they couldn't see me is because they don't like to mix their Folsom and Sacramento clients. Now I have to wait 2 MONTHS to be seen again. And this appt was only for a consultation, not even the actual procedure!
