  I came into pick up one of there Volvo's for an inspection and take it to my mechanic after setting an appointment. When I came in they said someone else was coming to see it in 30 minutes. I took the day off, so I'm losing money. No one called me to say this was happening and I live 30 miles away. I just walked out.
  He said if he doesn't buy it, you can take it....
  
  I kept walking money in pocket.
  
  If you could get "zero ☆'s I would give that to them as a rating."
  Shady, don't do business with them. Maybe they didn't want the mechanic to find issue's with the vehicle.

  Friendly service! These guys will honor their word, and do what they can to get you the keys to the car you want. Good prices, clean office with free cookies! Not every dealer cares about their customers like these guys.
