  Very disorganized and short staff. Went in on a Friday evening to order 1 pizza at 5:30. Line became longer shortly after I noticed tickets were out of order only two staff was preparing as well as answering the phone with the same glove they used to touch the food. Online orders were over 30 minutes behind. Customers became impatient the manager didn't seem to familiar with placing orders or providing refunds which also cause delays. At 6:10pm I requested a refund and one of the staff members then requested to "quickly" make my order. I told them this pizza is uncooked I'd like a refund. Ended up going to PIEOLOGY and was in and out in under 10 minutes during a busy Friday ( they actually cook the pizza too). Would never return to this location or any for the poor service I experienced.
