Nothing is organized in their store, they have a sign that says "refunds only with receipt". we wanted a refund and it took them 3 weeks just to give us half, only reason why we took half was because they wanted us to wait another few days so we had to consider $75 dollars a loss BULLSHIT!!!!! The "owner" is never there always sicks. Don't do any sales with Chuck, the place is a mess and completely unprofessional!!!!!! I wouldn't even rate them 1 star but I had to in order to post this.
