  Having done several real estate transactions over the years; I have met and worked with many agents. I had yet to meet one like Nathan Sherman. I first met Nathan about 9 mos ago. After feeling a bit of frustration with my previous agent; I thought a change might be good and that’s when I met Nathan. His experience, knowledge and understanding of the market are exceptional. It’s very easy to say he goes above and beyond; but more importantly his actions support that. He is organized, professional and a pleasure to work with. Nathan has handled 3 transactions now for me and he will be handling more. Nathan is the only agent I will use.

  Amazing Realtor. Excellent Communication, very knowledgeable when looking at old homes and their quirks and guidance with what to look for in recently remodeled homes. Patient as well, it took us about a year to find our dream home. No hesitation in recommending to all my friends and co workers!
