  I was considering a short sale for my Elk Grove house when I came across Gayle. She specializes in rental homes in Sacramento area and she convinced me that a better option would be to rent out my house and save for retirement.

  About a year ago I was relocated by my company out of state. It was a sudden move, and one that we weren't happy about as my children were in the middle of their school year. Within a few months we were required to pack up and move after having lived in our home for over 5 years.
  What made the process a little bit easier to get through was Gayle at LGL Properties, a Sacramento property management company my wife and I found online. Gayle was quick to reassure us that she would take great care of our house and do her utmost to keep it rented out while we were gone - the last thing we wanted to worry about was making a mortgage payment on a house we weren't even living in!
