  We kept on calling the Customer Service to find out if the 2 boxes we sent last November 2, 2017 have already arrived in the Philippines, and they said that the boxes were in the warehouse since December 13, 2017. It is now December 24, 2017 and we called the Customer Service again today, and they still kept saying that the boxes were still in the warehouse.
  
  We tried to contact Reynold Decastro who is the delivery manager in the Philippines and we could not get a hold of him.
  
  Delivery sucks big time. This is the last time we use LBC's services. We have had enough.
