  Other than the lack of connection from the entire staff (despite a few drs/nurses). One particular "nurse" laurie I believe her name is was EXTREMELY rude! From making a comment about not wanting to assist my mother to use the restroom because she didn't want to hurt her wrist. To providing a small commode to use and then walking out while my mother was speaking to her as well as leaving her side to manage getting out of bed to collect a urine sample. She is a fall risk patient and it was stated to the nurses as well. When my mother was unable to use the commode, I asked if someone could get her a wheelchair to transport her to the restroom. The same rude nurse "laurie" came in to grab her oxygen and stepped on her nasal cannula.. when I pointed it out to her she snapped at me rudely saying "I know" and then proceeded to throw it away, not replacing it. Mind you, that nasula cannula was brought from our home. Then she just roughly begins to pull/push the wheelchair my mother is in. Lacking any sort of bed side manners! I told her not to touch nor speak to my mother and I requested that another nurse assist her from here out. She proceeded to talk down on me and my mother, and argue with me when I was simply stating that's she was rude and if she didn't like her job then she should find another one. Still waiting on a supervisor to come hear my complaint. I feel extremely sorry for the sick patients that encounter this terrible woman.
