  I spent 2.5 hours in the office today, and it was an extremely frustrating waste of time. I had to constantly correct the person helping me and point out errors. They could not figure out how to file my 1098T form-- and even tried to just neglect filing it entirely! When I finally was asked to provide my banking information to process my returns, the agent logged out of her computer and somehow locked herself out of the system. I left the office having been unable to finish filing my taxes. I have no confidence in their ability to correctly file my forms. I will NEVER use H&R Block again.
