  My daughter is happy with her two-tone dye, so I'm happy. However, we had a snag initially. My daughter needed her hair bleached to begin with, and they didn't... have any bleach. I'm still a bit perplexed about that. We were offered the choice of coming back another time to have the bleaching and dyeing done, or doing the bleach ourselves (which we did) and coming back for the dye. Tracy was very friendly, and the facility is comfortable and the decor charming.
  
  There is no free parking anywhere near, but they can validate parking in two garages about a 7 minute walk away. Metered parking as well as a garage they can't offer validation for are available on Merchant St.
  
  Appointments are necessary.
