    I've been taking my Kirby vacuum to this location for years. They usually do a tune up on my vacuum every year. My last visit didn't turn out well. When I got my vacuum home and used about two weeks later (I don't have many areas in my home that need vacuum regularly) the belt was old and the vacuum cord wasn't working properly. Had a tune up been properly done, I would think they would've noticed these things and brought them to my attention. Disappointing. I'm an old school kind of lady and grew up on the south side. I like to give my business to my neighborhood. I will find a new place to take my vacuum.
