  Ok, I changed my rating to 5 stars because this place is clean, never crowded, friendly, and has new equipment. I was a bit annoyed there's an initiation fee of $50 and annual fee of $50 (I was led to believe just one) but this is more of a corporate issue and not this individual gym. Still a good value if you stay for at least one year compared to bigger named gyms. Also, great there is no contract, so I just pay monthly. Neighborhood is questionable, but never had a safety problem during the day. I hear they have a security guard at night.
