  They canceled my appointment 10 minuets “after” their schedule estimated time of arrival. I had to get another tow truck company to come and get me. So that left me waiting on the side of the road another hour. They also lied to me and told me my insurance company canceled. They probably just got a better fare. Who cares about the customer right.
