  My parents own corks stop liquor in the parking lot across the street and I have constantly ran into kids from this center out after times they should not be. These kids have also introduced drugs and such into the area, but these are a select few that should not represent all the kids they take care of. I'm aware that kids will get into trouble and won't always be able to be stopped, but the facility should cracking down on this activity.
