  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience dealing with Central Freight Lines. Poor customer service, they also cannot keep a promised delivery date on a mistake they have made to two of our valued customers, they have also swapped two of my customers packages who are only 45 minutes apart from each other promising they will pick up and swap the packages back to my customers in one day..... It is now going on four days and my package is still sitting on their (Central Freight Lines) dock. A customer sales representative at Central Freight Lines had advised the material would be at our customers facility this morning 3/2/16 (Note* already 4 days late), so we had relayed this info to our customer who is expecting the material Wednesday morning and is holding up a machine waiting for his parts to be delivered. This is not how business handled, poor character on Central Freight Lines part and they will no longer be a service freight provider for our company. The lack of professionalism and priorities with Central Freight lines is down right HORRIBLE!!! I advise any possible future customers who consider Central Fright Lines to try another company, do not waste your time as they have wasted our valued customers as they have wasted ours.

  My customer had sent me an email last night advising that a manger with Central Freight Lines had called him promising to deliver yesterday evening. And guess what.... To no surprise the stock was still sitting at Central Freight Lines warehouse in Sacramento. How do I know this? Well... My customer had called me this beautiful morning advising he had driven from his facility in Rocklin, Ca to the Central Freight Lines shipping facility in Sacramento, Ca to try and pick his material up from Central Freight Lines dock. And yeah..... of course the pallet was still sitting on the floor at Central Freight Lines warehouse.....

  Driver Showed today with a an order on a pallet without a drop gate and MADE my WIFE carry it from the street to the garage 30 cases in all.JERK Big fat JERK and i would only leave a zero star if the system allowed it.
