  Pro: It's a cozy community here. I enjoyed my stay here because it was peace and quiet 24/7. Most of the folks here are nice and respectful. I am thankful that they have Pam as the manager. She is very attentive and sweet. It was close proximity to my work place and the pool was always kept so clean.
  
  Con: The apartments are probably a little outdated because we would get mold growing by our window cells. There were two moldy spots when we moved in, but we sprayed bleach on it--which probably tore up the coat of paint that was layered over the ceiling (oops). It had a lot to do with the fact that my 1 br apartment didn't have central air and heating; so if you're seeking for a larger size apartment I can't speak from experience as I rented the tiny apartment above their office/laundry.
  
  Reason why I moved out: personal reasons and seeking for a bigger space to live in.
  
  Why you should move here: Good management here, very clean community and you get $100 off of rent if the person you recommended this apartment to moves in. It's a great start if you're a college student as well! Take Folsom all the way down and you'll get to Sac State/or take the freeway which is like a mile away (or less).
