  Zac was amazing when it came r ime ro step up ro the plate zac not only met but exceeded expectations he was empathetic caring professional and fod everything he could help us avis/budget group dose not empower team members to resolve customer issues even when the issues we caused by avis/budget. When a company will not allow its team members to resolve a customer issue its speaks to not only trust of your team to make a choice thats right for customer anf for company. Remember customers make your business successful. You never know what influence a singel customer may have
