  I am very disappointed with Ashford. I had the same exact experience as Kay described. I had a pre-inspection done and was told nothing was wrong. After spending an entire day cleaning my apartment I was still charged a cleaning fee of $115. If you plan on moving out of Ashford don't even waste your time cleaning, you'll still be charged a cleaning fee. I was also charged for repainting all walls despite the fact that there was no wall damage/marks. If you consider moving into Ashford know you will nicked and dimed for everything when you move out. I can say plenty more but I'll just keep it at this.
