  EDIT: Expect the NP to reschedule you so she can take lunch. After waiting 15 minutes after my appointment time, reception called me up to tell me that Linda Marr had gone to lunch instead of taking my appointment and I could either wait another hour to see if they could work me in once she returned or reschedule. My next appointment (that I already had scheduled) was sooner than what they could reschedule me for, so I just left. Wasted over an hour of drive time to be treated so unprofessionally and rudely.
  These people are so lazy. If you have the option, just save yourself the grief and go somewhere else. If I had known that I would not be able to go to the Rancho location which had the decent reviews, I would have made the extra effort to find somewhere else.
  There are 3 or more actual doctors so you do not know who will be delivering your child and cannot choose because it is all up to who is on call the night you go into labor. You will get shuffled around between them so you do not have a chance to create a personal relationship with any of them.
  If you want a copy of your personal records, they are going to charge you $15(no other doctor's office I have been to has this policy), even if its just a copy of your blood test results.
  The staff(especially Guadalupe) hangs up when you say "thank you", so do not thank them until you have had all your questions or concerns answered over the phone. Don't expect them to answer the "receptionist" line either, the females at the front desk are too busy chatting or looking busy on the computers so that even the patients that are there in person stand there feeling uncomfortable because they do not even acknowledge you or say "one moment".
  Overall, it is bottom of the barrel care, you will get the bare necessities taken care of, but nothing will be explained to you unless you ask and are persistent about it. You will not feel special or cared for, but you will get the medical attention you require. If you want piece of mind while you are going through your pregnancy or to feel like you matter to your doctor, this is NOT where you want to go. Here you are merely a warm body to pass through the motions until they can get rid of you.
