  Make a long story short. My gas fireplace was not working properly. My warranty situation was (a little) complicated. Even so, Bryan wanted help me because he cares his customers and his products’ quality. Honesty and Integrity are very rare these days. His diligent work made me to think “we must use more local companies like his company!”. If you are looking for the company to install a gas fireplace, use Rustic Brick Company. They won’t let you down.
