  Amazing customer service. Edgar went above and beyond meeting my needs making a last minute delivery possible, putting a unknown customer ahead of his personal needs as I had missed the deadline. Selected flowers exceeded my expectations as Edgar described various options to me so patiently to me on phone, then sent me a photo. I was told by many how absolutely gorgeous the flowers were. THANK YOU EDGAR & EVERYONE ELSE at Raquel's Florist.

  So I ordered a very nice heart shaped wreath for a good friends funeral service that was at their home. I wasn't able to attend so I made sure to order the flowers a full 10 days before the service. I asked that the flowers be delivered by 10am on the Saturday, the day of the service because the service started at 11am. I was told that would not be a problem. So after we talked about the details I paid for the flowers to the tune of $250.00. To my surprise today, the day of the service, I called at 11am to the florist to make sure everything went as we had talked about. It didn't go as I had planned with the florist 10 days before. I was told today... the day of the service... that the flowers had been delivered on Saturday morning at 10am ... last Saturday. A full week before the funeral. To my surprise the florist blamed the person who received my gift for not telling the delivery person that it was wrong. Now the person who excepted the flowers was a guest staying at the friends home and didn't know what to do, so she excepted them. The florist told me that she should have refused the flowers and that I still needed to pay ... I had asked for all my money back... well he didn't want to do that. So we talked and I agreed that if the flowers could be delivered by 11am, the day of the service, I would not ask for my money returned. I asked him to call me with the update after the flowers when they were delivered and he did. So the flowers made it but not after I had been humiliated and embarrassed because the flowers had been delivered a whole week before the home funeral service. So when this florist tells you they will do what they say... don't believe them because they don't know how to make sure they do their job correctly.
