  I dropped of my bike for its regular maintenance on 4/17 at 1030, specifically looking for the valve clearance, coolant, and air filter (pretty much anything that requires parts to be removed). I made it specifically clear to the female (can't remember her name but she was a short Caucasian lady) at the desk not to replace my engine oil, oil filter, brake fluid, and final gear oil since I had done it two weeks ago and I only use AMSOIL for all my cars and bikes. I picked it up on 4/18 at 1630, and surely enough they replaced everything according to the invoice I was given. I called at 1712 and spoke with Michael to verify, and yes, it was changed. They put in Castrol oil, a generic Suzuki filter, and "Bulk" gear oil which isn't even decent enough to have a name. That was a waste of over $100 in AMSOIL products, and not only that, they charged me for their products and labor for those things, and now I'm going to have to pay another $100 and waste my time to drain everything out and change it all over again. I know I'm being picky about what goes in on my bike, but its my bike and I made it clear when I first called to schedule an appointment on 4/11 at 1350 and spoke with Micahel, then when I was dropping it off with the lady, and one last time as I was exiting the door. She assured me that it wouldn't be exchanged. This was my first time to this shop since I recently moved to the area, but I definitely will not be returning to this shop. For my next service, I'll rather drive the extra miles and take it to my regular shop. Truly a waste of my $100, whatever they charged me for the products and labor, and another $100 since I need to buy everything again.
