  Dos Coyotes, which is generally pretty decent, should be embarrassed to have their name on this location. Started with a woman who clearly appeared annoyed to have to take my order, got more annoyed when I asked for a couple things to be left off my Adobe Salad, and when asked if I could substitute carrots instead, grunted and pointed to the menu (which, I’m fine print, says No substitutions, please). Order came out 5 minutes later, with peppers on the salad, which are not listed on the menu ingredients. When I pointed this out, referencing the menus right in front of them, the cook yelled from the back that “yes it does come with peppers” lol. Not in the mood to argue, I picked them off myself and left. Opened my salad, and what do I find at the back? The kitchen receipt. On the salad. Such aversion to customer service and inattention to detail leaves you wondering if the can manage food safety, back of the house cleanliness, and other critical functions of running a safe restaurant. Avoid this place.
