  This is to all and speacially to the Owner of this shop please look at it -
  I am an old and regular customer of dd's -all over the sacramento but today I faced an uneducated enployee who had no manner. Her name is RAIZA. When I asked her please open the shoes band that I can try but she didn't wanted do that after that she asked me if I try this sho then I will have to keep it back in order -just like I am the worker in that ship which is her job but not mine !
  **** After I bought the shoe from the register one and unfortunately she was at cashier and she charged me 3 times instead of two pair. After I reached home and checked the recept and I made a call to that shop after they checked the camera and recipe number then she told me right " RAIZA charger me 3 times and if I go back to shop they will refund my money back!!
  Please advise how come I drive 20 miles to go get back my refund ??
  This is like some thief and this is not a mistake .
